Clean with wet cloth for regular cleaning or use regular vacuum cleaner to get rid of dust or dirt. For greasy stains use water with drop of a detergent, soapy water or regular yoga mat cleaner. This yoga mat can be washed in a washing machine in a temperature up to 30°C, however please note that it has a transparent anti slip coating which will be washed out. Use washing machine at your own discretion. Without anti slip coating this mat works perfectly with sweaty hands and feet or if you spray the mat with water before use. Allow to dry before storing
